Can I trade any trading system/robot on my VPS?
Yes! You can choose the preferred robot and we will complete the full setup, configurations and adjustments for you. We will also ensure it has the most recent settings according to vendor’s advice and news.

Do I have to buy Forex robots or do I get a free robot from you?
We provide the virtual private server service. In order to use any trading system/robot with it you should have a legal license for that robot.

Can I use your VPS service on Demo account?
Yes! The Golden Grid VPS service works the same on both Demo and Live accounts.
The only difference is on the Demo; your profits will be fake, not real money.

What broker should I use?
You can use any broker that uses an MT4 Platform.
We have relations with most if not all the MT4 brokers and complete full installation and configuration of their platform for your account.

What is the “5 Day, 5 Dollars Test Drive”?
You will pay $5 dollars and get a full trial for exactly 5 days. We will setup Golden Grid VPS for your account and start trading with it. You can cancel any time. If you decided to cancel, VPS trading is removed from your account and no longer will make profits for you. If you choose to stay, you will be charged a small subscription fee on a monthly basis.
Remember, you can cancel any time if you are not happy with our service.

Do you provide a “No loss Forex trading guarantee”? Am I guaranteed profits?
No. All trading strategies have risks and possible wins/losses are the trader’s responsibility. We provide only Forex Hosting (Virtual Private Server) for your trading system or robot. The actual trading results will depend on your EA choice.

Is this a Managed account service?
No. It is only a VPS service. We no longer provide managed accounts service to personal VPS service. You should select your trading system/robot based on your trading style and risk preferences.

Will I have to bother updating my robot every month or adjusting settings?
No, we take care of it for you. Our Forex professionals will monitor your account and make any and all necessary robot settings/updates as needed.
